A dynamic vocal toning workshop with harmonium and Tibetan singing bowls; a tranquil sound bath; a healing circle. Afterwards you are welcome to share a hot cup of ginger tea with organic cake :)
Details:
~ A meditative Group Vocal Toning to tap into your True Essence, your Inner Tone and Personal Healing Frequencies. We will tone vowel and seed sounds from Sanskrit and other ancient cultures.
~ This Vocal Music Therapy will:
• Open your throat and heart chakra to release stress, empower and awaken confidence;
• Activate your higher heart’s Pure Joy;
• Balance your physical, mental and emotional bodies;
• Clear your subtle and multi-dimensional energy fields
• Clear obsolete and shadow energies in the pain body, unconscious mind and genetic lineage;
• Stimulate true yoga: a merger of Self with Universal Oneness.
This is a Safe, Welcoming, Vibrant and Unique space, and you don’t need to be a singer. :)
~ Following our workshop, you can then relax, let go and enjoy a short transportive sound bath with voice, monochord, guitar, chimes and singing bowls.
~ Afterwards, we will create a circle for anyone who wishes to enter to share the highly vibrated, loving energy, vocal tones and healing intentions of the group.
What to bring: a yoga mat, warm clothes, a cushion and blanket.
