About this Event
Yogurt has been prized for its healthy bacteria and probiotics for at least 7,000 years. This class is hands-on and interactive and requires teamwork to collectively make yogurt. Students may also take a sample jar home for incubation, or apply the newly gained knowledge to start your own batch at home.
