Power Yoga with Stacy Lynn

At YogaSix Burke, we offer Power Yoga with Stacy Lynn every Wednesday at 12 pm.

Power class is a heated, fast-paced Vinyasa yoga class designed to be a full-body workout that builds strength, focus, endurance, and flexibility.Classes often include challenging poses, arm balances, and inversions, and teachers provide guidance for modifications.
