Our signature set sequence Power Yoga class geared towards those who want to be in and out in less than an hour. Get what you need in 45 minutes! This is a vinyasa yoga class which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility as we ebb and flow between effort and ease. The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will take you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The same general sequence is followed each class with modifications and amplifications offered to allow students of all levels to be challenged and find their own personal edge together in the same class. Inspired by the Baptiste Journey Into Power sequence, this sweaty class is both challenging and accessible for all levels. We move quickly in the beginning of class so be prepared to flow! You will leave feeling inspired, empowered, and energized.
