POWER VINYASA
This empowering movement based class will encourage you to access balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the student ebbs and flows between effort and ease.

CLASS DETAILS
- Heated room, high 90's
- One hour (1 hour) Power Vinyasa yoga class
- Stay after to socialize, have drinks, or enjoy food in our cafe

SHOWERS & LOCKERS
Our showers and locker rooms are stocked with organic EO products, mouthwash, blow dryer, and other essentials.
CAFE
If you work up an appetite after class, our in-house cafe serves delicious smoothies, açaí bowls, avocado toast, and more.
PARKING
Paid street parking is available around the block.
Three (3) parking garages are within walking distance of our studio.
