Dr. Lauren is a physical therapist with 4+ years of experience specializing in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic care, and dry needling. A former college basketball player at Bethel College, she understands the physical demands of sports and is dedicated to helping patients recover from injury, improve performance, and prevent future issues. Lauren also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training, which enhances her understanding of on-field sports injuries and their rehabilitation.
Lauren earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University and is proficient in dry needling throughout the entire body.
Lauren combines this advanced technique with manual therapy, selective functional movement screenings, and sport-specific rehabilitation to help athletes and active individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys an active lifestyle which she finds helps her better understand the physical challenges her patients face. Lauren is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in sports and orthopedic physical therapy.
