We invite young people from Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan to join us for weekly visits to the Ninja Warrior adventure park in Cardiff!

Power Up Does Ninja Warrior - Inflatables Area and Obstacle Course included!

Moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem.

So get ready to challenge yourself, meet other young people in the area and have a blast - these fully funded sessions on the TV inspired obstacle course with us are a perfect way to try something new for your wellbeing.

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

We will need to gain parental/guardian consent for young people under 18.

Participants must wear appropriately warm clothing for the ice rink.

Signing up gives you access to one of the four sessions in January 2025- please book for each session individually if you'd like to book more than one.
