Known for her keen insights, engaging approach, and south Louisiana Cajun joie de vivre, Jennifer is a leadership and team coach and facilitator with over thirty years of leadership experience. As a "Recovering" HR executive, Jennifer knows the challenges faced by leaders today, and in particular, women leaders. In her programs, she helps leaders and executives discover and leverage their assets, strengths, and talents, bust through limiting beliefs and behaviors, and lead their lives with purpose and passion. She is the founder of Live and Lead by Choice Women's Leadership Community and facilitates leadership retreats, team-building programs, keynotes, and workshops for organizations around the globe both in person and virtually.
