Neuroscience is telling us that, when we can embody the emotional state of YES, we open a channel for what we want to manifest. There is something that happens when we embody YES that creates new pathways and possibilities.
Embodying YES is a process of opening our hearts
In the journey of embodying YES we inevitably stumble on the part of us saying NO. This part often acts unconsciously, sabotaging the very things we consciously want. Giving a space to tend to the NO and bringing it into consciousness, neutralizes it and allows us to fully step into our YES.

Amara Pagano
Amara Pagano is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance. She has been teaching movement as spiritual practice for over 30 years and led thousands of students on a journey of embodied awakening. She is the founder of Azul and which offers workshops, retreats and Teacher Certification internationally.
“I am passionate about harnessing the body’s intelligence to support awakening our highest potential as spiritual and human beings. I believe that we are in a delicate and important passage of our life on this planet. And that it is time to rise and move towards a new way of living together.”
Amara Pagano is a friend and beloved dance instructor to many of us in the Charlottesville area. She played a significant role in our early conscious dance community formation. I'm (Miriam) excited to provide this offering to our dance community and friends at Greenwood Community Center in Crozet, Virginia (a place that has lots of character and our dance love) in collaboration with C’ville Dance Co-op.
