ABOUT:
The ancient practice of Breathwork is an incredibly powerful way to bring more pleasure, vitality, and energy into your life. These practices have the power to assist in an individual’s personal evolution and can lead deeper states of wisdom.
The real you is the ‘The Self’ that existed before all the events and beliefs took hold of the concept of who you believe you are.
This journey is a journey of the self (who you believe you are), through the self (through the mind and the body) to reveal ‘The Self’ (the real you).
Then we breathe beyond the constructed version of ourself, we reveal and awaken a version of ourself seated in deep peace and awareness.
The Rebirthing Breathwork Technique we use on this journey is called ‘conscious connected circular breathing’.
This breathing technique assists in creating a light trance, that then assists in accessing altered state of consciousness.
While in this altered state of consciousness, this allows the innate intelligence that runs the body to integrate any unconscious suppressed emotions and trauma.
Your cells hold the memory of your life, from moment of your birth, your preconception, and even all the way back to your genetic history or even your ancestral lineage.
Your current unconscious breathing pattern is absolutely effecting the way you currently think and feel daily. This breathing pattern could have even been determined at birth when you took your very first breath.
Through this journey the intention is to reset this unconscious pattern of your breath. In doing so this assists in rewiring neuro-pathways in your brain, clearing trauma held in cellular memory and assists in bringing long term transformation in your internal and external world.
Ultimately, this journey is like an internal reboot for your nervous system. This is a process of surrender, self acceptance and self compassion.
As we change our inner world, so too do we change our external world and therefore we experience this transformation from the inside out.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for those that wish to explore and experience deep states of consciousness and healing.
It is recommended that you have some basic prior Breathwork experience, self practice but it is not necessary a must as long as you have an open mind and trust the process.
WHO IS THIS EVENT UNFORTUNATELY NOT FOR?
The techniques used in this event can possibly evoke physiological and emotional responses. These responses are all natural and normal responses of the body as it releases past trauma and trapped energy. However, if you come under any of the following categories below then it is recommended you seek clearance from a health care professional before deciding to purchase a ticket to this event.
*please note we require you to also fill out a health screening form upon the day of attending the event and if appropriate please bring any written health care professional clearances with you also.
- Cardiovascular conditions
- Personal history of heart attacks, high blood pressure or angina
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Recent injury or surgery
- Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing or lowing blood pressure
- Personal history of PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis
- Personal History of Seizures
- In the middle of a severe mental illness
- Personal history of aneurysms (or family history)
- You are currently pregnant or are breastfeeding
