Program begins at 10 AM with a talk from Penny Kula and a Keynote Speaker.
Pilates Class: 10:30-11:30 AM
Stay until noon for refreshments and to speak with representatives from various cancer organizations.
The first 100 registrants will receive a free Pilates ball!
