Our monthly Power of Love workshops continue Monday, February 10 at the Beatnik in Joshua Tree. Each month, we have a different focus. This month, we will examine "Changing Expectations." Things aren't always as we'd hope or fear, so how do we deal with what is?
This is one of the issues most of us struggle with, and our responses are rooted in our bodies. Recognizing and retraining these responses can be the key to healthier, happier relationships and lives.
In these workshops, Janice Taitel, 5th degree black belt in Aikido, "The Way of Harmony", digests over 3 decades of Aikido training to offer "short cuts" to its insights, but with no falls or throws. If you can breathe, think and feel, you can participate. Come explore yourself through an Aikido lens, extending from the physical to everyday interactions.
