The Power of Hope - Living Beyond Cancer is a free monthly support group designed to help individuals living with cancer and the people who care for them navigate life during and after treatment.This support group offers monthly meetings focused on learning about cancer care and wellness topics. It also provides a safe, welcoming space to connect with others on a similar journey and to share stories, challenges and hope.

She will share relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and guided imagery. The session will highlight the importance of exercise and mindfulness practices to support your well-being during and after treatment.
