Power In The Pause is a guided meditation experience designed for the busy mind that doesn’t always know how to slow down.
Maybe you’ve tried meditation before, or you come back to it here and there, or maybe you already have a practice.
This class meets you exactly where you are and offers a different way of working with your mind, by learning how to relate to it differently, not by shutting it down or silencing it.
Through simple, accessible tools, you’ll begin to notice the space between thought and action, and how that space holds more choice than we often realize.
This is a Semi-interactive Class
I begin with applying an essential oil to your wrists (if you desire) to begin breathing in the scent of relaxation
We begin and end with a brief check-in to ground into the space and build connection, followed by three micro practices you can take into everyday life.
We then move to the laying down position while I use the crystal pyramid over your body and guide you through some breathwork as a way to support regulation.
From there, you’ll be taught and guided into a full-body meditation experience using crystal singing bowls and voice guidance.
This portion allows the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to naturally follow.
We then close with a brief check in, to process anything that came up
This class is for anyone who feels overwhelmed by their thoughts, struggles to slow down, or has resisted stillness because of what comes up in the quiet.
Together, we create a space that feels safe enough to stay, and spacious enough to expand your capacity for presence, one moment at a time.
Class will begin promptly at 6, so please arrive at 5:50pm to ensure that we will not have interruption of the process, thank you.
