In this exploratory mini-retreat we’ll practice to calm, ground and liberate intention with creative spark. Through the portal of slow flow yoga sequences, breath work and meditation we’ll help ground ourselves for further insight. Ample time and space for creative writing is a highlight, offering prompts to help guide and inspire your own flow onto the page. Broader themes around personal identity and current day provocations will be the writing activation, along with any authentic story that needs to be expressed. Our time together will be bookended with meditation/ relaxation and a collective circle to share our experience.Yoga essentially is a practice of harmonizing with our own innate rhythm, with the natural world’s rhythm, and with the world around us. Yoga can help us connect with the elements, including that which we cannot know or see yet, helping us align with deeper awareness to ultimately connect and liberate each other.
