• 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐒𝐕𝐏 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 and must be received by 1:00 PM on Monday, May 5. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.
• 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 after 1:00 PM on May 5 will be invoiced as guarantees will have been made on your behalf.
• 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞 per organization due to the popularity of this event.
