Info: We will go on a journey to connect with our power animals while I hold a safe container for journeying. I will guide this journey along with the help of rhythmic drumming to help us enter the trance. Finding our power animal will dictate both our trance dance animal and the “cave painting” animal art that we will create at the end of our practices. In between our trance dance and cave painting activity, there will be light snacks, tea, and time for integration. I will provide all the necessary tools for creating your cave painting art, which will be done with our fingers and hands. Aho!
