Join Amy with very special guest Yoga Teachers Lauren Scully & Jen Poli for a heart-opening mini retreat. We will celebrate and honor our transition into June with ceremonial cacao, a gentle and strong all-levels yoga flow, shamanic journey meditation, Reiki healing energy and deep connection.The Dragonfly is the spirit animal for the month of June. In nature, Dragonfly is an amazingly powerful and graceful navigator. It can change direction and even fly backward. This gives Dragonfly the symbolic value of a spiritual guide particularly through difficult winds. When you're in the middle of a storm, let Dragonfly show you the way out with confidence.
We will begin by connecting with each other as we share ceremonial cacao. We will work with Dragonfly spirit energy and other elements of nature to set intentions for June - our season of renewed Power & Grace.
Cacao is a gentle and loving plant medicine that will allow us to drift further into a blissful state to enjoy a beautifully gentle and strong Vinyasa yoga class guided by Lauren and Jen.
The yoga flow will transition into a period of inner-discovery as savasana pose flows into a Shamanic Journey meditation infused with shamanic drumming, tranquil music frequencies and a blanket of Reiki healing energy. Shamanic Journey calls upon the power of Mother Nature to create opportunities for clarity and transformation. This meditation will bring unique messages and meaning for each individual.
We will conclude with time for reflection, integration and sharing.
ALL are welcome to attend. This event is perfect for anyone seeking a deeper connection to themselves, authentic connections with others, and to send healing to the collective energy of the Earth. Embrace this unique opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and spirit as we honor the sacred medicine of community.
How to Prepare: We do have yoga mats & blankets, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite. You will need to bring any specific yoga props you require for your own yoga flow. Please also bring your own pillow to lay your head during meditation, water, any specific snacks you might need, and a journal/pen. If you feel called, you are invited to bring items from nature to support you on this journey. These can be rocks, crystals, feathers, flowers or anything that resonates with you. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled.
