Powell puts a unique spin on trunk-or-treat!The purpose of the event is to bring local organizations and the Powell community together. The event presents the perfect opportunity to trick-or-treat in a small, safe environment. We find the event is especially beneficial to those families with children too young to do ordinary door-to-door trick-or-treating, those who may need special assistance, and for those kids who want another opportunity to wear their costume!
