Christina Dodge grew up in California and Eugene, Oregon. After a career as a nanny, she pursued studies in psychology. After raising two wonderful boys with her husband she returned to complete her educational goals. She is a graduate of the School of Film at Portland State University, and she studied in the school’s “Cinema in New York City” study away program.
Christina is a filmmaker and producer working in Portland, Oregon, and its surrounding suburbs. She graduated from the School of Film at Portland State University, and she studied in the school’s “Cinema in New York City” study away program. She has produced multiple podcasts, narrative and interview format. Her autobiographical short film A New Promise screened in the Oregon Independent Film Festival, where it won Best Short Film. Since that freshman success, Christina has produced many other films with her husband and other filmmakers. In 2024 Christina co-founded the Hillsboro Film Festival and it was a great success. Christina enjoys exploring individuals and bringing their stories to any screen.
