The 16th annual "Pour’n Yer Heart Out" community iron casting event is MOVING to GARVER FEED MILL this year with the support of City of Madison Parks. Happening on Saturday, February 15, 2025 in Madison, WI, this radical winter gathering showcases the phenomenal creativity and details of iron casting made possible in the middle of a field, during the dead of winter.
The professional crew of over 50 artisans from across the Midwest will travel into Madison to help melt and cast over 2,000 lbs of molten iron into sand molds made by the public during workshops held in Jan/Feb, leading up to the event.

New this year will be a VENDOR MARKET to fill the atrium of trades-based makers in the Midwest, along with a few "make-n-take" activities planned including our micro tin casting "Foundry in a Box" station, and wood burning and branding with Prettyful Creations.
Visitors looking for a full day of fun should consider our VIP pass, which gains access to our outdoor heated tent for viewing the iron pour, along with bottomless beer mug refills, fire-side DIY snacks, and a free ticket to each make-n-take station.
