POUND Unplugged is 45-minutes of rocking & reseting. The POUND Unplugged class experience is structured in two segments. First we ROCK, heat up the body, raise your heart rate and peak your performance, followed by challenging mat work intended to build strength both inside and out. Then we RESET. A series of powerful and integrated mindfulness exercises, stretching, breath work, and meditation.
