What is a Pound Workout class you may ask?
Pound Fitness is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and drumming with yoga and Pilates. Participants use weighted drumsticks called Ripstix to create the music as they work out
Music: Loud, energetic music
Movement: Cardio, strength training, isometric movements, plyometrics, lunges, squats, and ab work
Intensity: Intense, primal, and fun
Equipment: Weighted drumsticks called Ripstix will be provided for use

COLUMBUS, OH 43214 (directly behind the Katalina’s Too! in Clintonville, in a white garage labeled Zurie is accessible by the alley running parallel to High St.) There is plenty of free street parking available on the side streets. Parking is available on Orchard, Kenworth, and High for free, please do not park in the Katalinas' Parking lot unless you are planning to brunch there, as that parking lot is for patrons, please allow yourself enough time to arrive early to get parked and situated.
