Instead of listening to music, you become the music in an exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

>> POUND Fitness Class: Begins promptly at 10:30am (~45 minute duration)

>> Drinks: 11:30am (after class). White Dog Brewing offers a wide selection of delicious craft beer! Cider is also available; as well as non-alcoholic options. Each ticket includes the cost of one beverage to be enjoyed at the end of class. A valid ID will be required to obtain alcoholic beverages.
>> Equipment: Sanitized Ripstix and yoga mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and shoes (the floor is concrete!). You may also want to bring a water bottle and/or a sweat towel.
