Join local POUND Pros/fitness instructors Amanda and Jody for a POUND + POUR event in the White Dog Brewing taproom in downtown Boise!
POUND is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energetic fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in an exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Come for the "Rockout Workout", stay for the amazing craft beer selection White Dog Brewing has to offer! Additionally, Smoke & Thyme's delicious food menu will be available for purchase starting at noon!
POUND Fitness Class: Begins promptly at 10:30am (~45 minute duration)
*Please plan to arrive at 10:15am to check in and claim a spot!*
Drinks: 11:30am (after class). White Dog Brewing offers a wide selection of craft beer- check out what's on tap! Cider is also available; as well as non-alcoholic options. Each ticket includes the cost of one beverage to be enjoyed at the end of class. A valid ID will be required to obtain alcoholic beverages.

Equipment: Sanitized Ripstix® and yoga mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and shoes (the floor is concrete!). You may also want to bring a water bottle and/or a sweat towel.
