A POUND class is a full-body fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, Pilates, and drumming: What you do:
Participants use weighted drumsticks called Ripstix, to create music while working out. A typical 45-minute class includes around 12 tracks, thousands of reps, and over 30 interval peaks.
