Join me for our First Pound & Pour of the season! Obscure brewery is located on the East side of Sioux Falls. They have been so great to work with for years and their beer is DELICIOUS!We start Pound at 3. Come a little early to get your 'spot'. You need a yoga mat, comfortable shoes, dress in layers, and water. Stay after for quality company, friendship, and refreshments!
What's Pound? Lots of Squats = One STRONG booty! Pound is a 45 minute cardio kicker set to heart pumping music. Using our RipStix, you will combine Pilates, S&C, to get a full body workout.
Cost is $10. Punch cards are available for purchase. $90/10 classes.
