Join us for POUND & Pour at our brewery from 1:00 - 2:00pm on Sunday, Oct 5th!POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (21 and over).
$15 to participate in the class and includes your favorite Backswing Beer afterward.
