Join POUND pros Monica, Caia, Hayley and friends for an exhilarating workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums! This time, we are bringing back one of our fave themes- Break Stix Not Hearts! Pink/red attire encouraged, but never required!
Stay after class for a beer or two and #supportlocal with Lake Pleasant Brewing Company.
IMPORTANT: We are no longer offering a combo beer+class deal. Class is $15 and beer may be purchased separately.
