We will be hosting an educational workshop in a few weeks teaching individuals how to process their poultry. The workshop is from the very beginning steps on raising the meat birds, why we chose the breed we did, general health and education on poultry, dispatching, evisceration & breaking the birds down, to labeling and packaging them. You can bring some of your poultry ready for dispatch, or we have them here at the farm ready to go too We are located in Marshall, NC. If you have an interest, feel free to message us, and invite your friends!
Raising and eating your homegrown food is IN & buying your meat from the grocery store is OUT! 🐔
P.s - the date isn’t set in stone yet, once people sign up and we get everything set up we will plan what day it will be. You can also include days that work and don’t work for you!
