The 1st hour is a facilitated drum circle, with drums & instructions provided. The 2nd hour, an immersive (fully clothed), relaxing sound "bath" using a variety of crystal/metal bowls, gongs, chimes, and a cello. A stimulating and healing experience that is well worth the trip.
