Your pieces will be ready for pickup from the studio approximately 4 weeks from the workshop date. You will receive a pickup email to let you know when your items are ready for pickup, should you not have received a notification after 4 weeks please contact the studio as the email may have been filtered into junk mail. Any pottery that is not picked up 2 months after the workshop date will be donated, so please pick up your work in time!
YOU MUST SIGN YOUR POTTERY. Pendragon Pottery is not liable for lost pieces that are unsigned or mistakenly claimed by another student.
Not all pieces are guaranteed to make it out of the kiln. Though rare, it is possible for pieces to crack or even shatter during firing. However, the goal is to have fun and you will have the chance to make multiple pieces during the session, so donโt stress about it!
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be refunded, prorated or exchanged for another workshop. Should a workshop be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances such as unsafe road conditions due to weather, attendees will be notified with the option to receive a refund or reschedule.
