About this Event
In this 1.5 hour class, students will learn how to make a planter pot and saucer, using either the slab-building, or pinch-pot method. We'll have stamps and texture tools to help make each piece totally unique! Students will choose a glaze color for their planter, and come back to pick them up in a few weeks, when they're fired and ready to use. A coupon for (10%) off a plant will come with admission for the class!
About the Instructor
Kaila Braley has been teaching pottery for 6 years, and is a Studio Manager at Clay Lounge in Boston. She loves to make work inspired by plants and nature, which makes this a perfect collaboration! Planters are such a wonderful way to get more handmade art into your home - let's make something fun and functional together!
