This pottery taster workshop is a great introduction to a hand-building technique called slabbing. You can use it to create a variety of vessels, mugs, planters and mini lanterns. . You will also have the opportunity to explore how to create patterns and textures on the clay surface to really personalise your creations.
What you need to know
• Price: £60 per person
• Taster session runs from 10.30am to 12.30pm
• Maximum of 8 people in a workshop, suitable for all. Min age 10. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Make all kinds of vessels, mugs, planters and mini lanterns
• All materials, firings and a cuppa included
• All work will be dried, fired and ready to collect at a later date
