Make your own planter in this fun and easy one-time, beginner friendly pottery class at Thyme Travelers Conservatory! Local instructor, Tricia Bennett, will take you step-by-step through the handbuilding process (shaping, carving, sculpting clay). Design and customize your planter however you’d like! No experience required – all levels are welcome!What’s included: all the pottery necessities (instruction, clay, tools, glazing, firing).
Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this is a welcoming space for all to learn and grow!
Participants will also receive a discount on a plant purchase from Thyme Travelers Conservatory.
At the end of class, you’ll pick your glaze color & we’ll take care of the glazing and firing process. We'll notify you in about 4-6 weeks when your pottery is ready for pick-up at your convenience. You can also pay to have it shipped. Glazes are non-toxic, microwave, food, and dishwasher safe!
