Come and join us for our monthly Pottery & Pizza evening, come and get creative and enjoy the treat of Pizza - all cooked on site! To book, scroll through to the date you wish to book for and select it from the calendar!ANY ALLERGIES NEED TO BE COMMUNICATED WITH US DIRECTLY BEFORE BOOKING.
The deposit - £5 - payable at time of booking covers your pizza for the evening. Which will be served up to your table and there will be a varied range of different pizzas.
Pottery painting from £10 (payable on the evening) you will have access to a wide range of mediums including silkscreens, sponges, stamps and cut outs!
You are of course, most welcome to join us without having pizza - we ask for a £5 deposit to secure your place in the studio - this is deducted from whatever you choose to paint on the evening. (Just remember to select the painting only ticket!) The session will run to 9.30pm if you choose something to paint that will take longer you will be welcome back with just a £5 studio fee (this helps cover our costs lights, heating etc)
Prices start at £10.00 per item of which £5.00 is payable at the point of booking and deducted from the piece chosen during your session - this can be paid in cash or card on the day. You will be welcome to come back and join us at another session to refine or add extra detail to an item that doesn't get finished, to help with our overheads this would incur a £5 studio fee.
£5 deposit which is payable at the point of booking is deducted from whatever you choose to paint. Please ensure you book sufficient tickets - highchairs and pushchairs count as non painting participant - this enables us to make sure there is enough space in the studio.
Tea, coffee, squash and refreshments are available - all are sensibly priced with drinks starting at just £1! We offer a small selection of snacks and will of course have our toasties available from the studio kitchen. Please refrain from bringing food and drink into the studio - some foods react with the glazes in the kiln.
Parking is available on Leiston Road - CB9 8JJ
Items painted during sessions will be left with us to dry, clear glazed, dry again and then fire through our kilns - we estimate this to take around 10 days depending how busy the studio is. We will let you know the estimated turn around time at the beginning of your session - if you are looking for 'Amazon Prime Pottery' this isn't for you! You can not rush these processes!
