Training Session on the track at Northwood to get you ready for your 'Arf!We are opening the doors of our weekly MARA Run Club interval session, 'CityLoops', to all participants of the Potters 'Arf.
This coached interval-style training session is designed to help you run further and faster 🚀 This session will be tailored to the half marathon distance, with Potters 'Arf in mind.
EVERYONE is welcome
Entry is FREE for Potters 'Arf participants

It's about getting out there & enjoying it
