Stone Soup Community Potluck is having a picnic in the Park. All are welcome! Bring friends and family, a blanket or chairs, outdoor games to play, plus food and drink to share. There's a water spray feature, so bring swimwear and towels.
We changed the park (originally we were meeting in Portage Park) because the forecast says it's going to be hot, and Wilson Park has the water spray feature too, right next to the playground, and that's where we'll gather. There's street parking on Milwaukee Avenue, but you can access the park from Wilson, Long, and Leyland too.
We're excited to have fun together and celebrate the last weekend of Summer break (for CPS).
