About this Event
Celebrating the launch of our new podcast series, Guacamole, The Slow Press and Neighbor will be hosting a community potluck event for the occasion. In line with the theme 'scraps', our podcast guests and our contributors will each bring a dish that is lovingly prepared from the heart, made with just so flavourful scraps.
The event begins with a casual potluck lunch (please refer to food lineup below), then we'll move on to a panel with Ryan, Keefe, and MJ, moderated by The Slow Press and Neighbor. Lastly, all guests will sit down and get their hands dirty with some recipe zine making! :-)
Come together and engage in conversations about food with us. We welcome all who contemplate the functionality and form of ingredients and would love to enjoy this precious afternoon with us!
EACH TICKET INCLUDES FOOD + A SEAT AT THE PANEL AND ZINE MAKING SESSION + *A JAR OF NUT BUTTER/JAM
You are encouraged to bring your own plate + utensils + cup!!! As this is an event discussing about scraps, we would love for everyone to be kind to our earth <3
