The largest public celebration of the potato is coming to Arizona! Potato Days is a free public festival featuring brisket loaded baked potatoes, ice cream potatoes, the Big Idaho Potato Truck, the Great Potato Race, bouncy houses, potato sack slide, the Spud Slinger, soda, and beer.Bring the whole fam, grab a baked potato, go down the potato sack slide, shoot the spud slinger, snag a pic in front of the famous Big Idaho Potato Truck . . . all while listening to some good old fashioned music.
