Due to the snow coming next week and the idea of everyone making something we may not be able use it did not seem fair so we are changing the event to a Tuesday March 4th. Same location Same time. You are invited to meet the Christmas Gala Team. If you worked with us , volunteered with us, thinking of joining us this is the event to come to. It is sorta like a open house. You do not need to be at the entire event. Stop in on your way home from work. You can stay for the full event to see if you can meet those that stop in.
I know you all have been waiting! Pot luck Dinner will be Feb 12th from 4 pm to 7 pm or until the last person can come and leave.
This is a great time for the new people in the group to join us meet the team. All fun and chatting with each other. There is no real meeting we may chat a bit about things but not a lot. if your new we can give you a tour.
Pot luck is just that what ever you all feel to bring I will post areas and let me know what you would like to do.
Gala will supply Roast Beef sandwiches -
Gala will supply cups plates napkins bowls and things to eat with and serve with.
We have crock pots to keep things hot also in office
Example of side dishes - salads , fresh , mac, potato, I know some of you like to cook so what ever you like,.
