New Workshop – Posture & Alignment 🌟I’m really excited to share that I’ll be running a special Posture & Alignment Workshop ✨
📅 Saturday 11th October
🕘 9:30am – 12:00pm
📍 Christchurch, Oxton
This 2.5 hour session will include:
✅ A classical Pilates mat class to warm up and connect to your body
✅ Learning the key principles of good posture and core strength
✅ A look at common posture types (sway back, rounded shoulders, flat back etc.)
✅ Personal feedback on your own posture with simple daily routines to take home
The workshop is designed for all abilities and will give you practical tools you can use every day.
Price: £30 per person
