Starting January 15!Join Kelly and Neda for this six-week series designed to support you in the tender, transformative postpartum period. This class welcomes all new moms and birth parents—with or without your non-mobile baby—to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a safe, nurturing space.
Through gentle, mindful movement, you’ll begin to rebuild core and pelvic stability, release tension in the shoulders and hips, and restore balance to both body and mind. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents navigating this same season—sharing stories, laughter, and support.
Each class includes:
-Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system
-Gentle core and pelvic floor reactivation
-Strength and mobility exercises for shoulders, hips, and spine
-Restorative poses for relaxation and release
-Community connection and space to share (if desired)
-A closing rest to replenish your energy
You’ll leave feeling more centered, supported, and empowered as you continue your postpartum healing journey.
