This course includes 12 weeks of rehabilitation focused training, to relearn movement patterns, focus on reconnecting & strengthening your core, and stabilization while building strength, endurance and confidence.This class series is led by Pelvic Health Physical Therapist instructors to ensure safety and individual attention & modifications.
**Prerequisite: at least 6 weeks postpartum.
Dates: September 3rd - November 19th, 2024
Takes place every Tuesday, total of 12 sessions.
