Join this mommy and me series for postpartum women! Learn how to improve your posture, core and pelvic floor strength and recover well from pregnancy and child birth. WHO: Postpartum women and (non-crawling) babies! Anyone 10 days post vaginal birth and 6 weeks post cesearan birth. (Women up to several months postpartum are welcome!!!)
WHAT: 6 week series, meeting once per week for 60-75 mins. Learn exercises to heal your core and pelvic floor in addition to learning about common postpartum topics and connecting with other new moms.
WHEN: Wednesday's at 1, beginning October 15.
WHERE: Gold Star Colonial Heights
