Postpartum Recovery®️ Fitness focuses on correcting and strengthening posture, pelvic floor, and core. Gain functional strength and learn safe body mechanics and breathing techniques to support healing after pregnancy and birth!What you learn in this series will help things “click” in your other yoga or fitness classes, and you will leave feeling stronger and stable, more confident, and connected in both body & mind!
WHO: Postpartum women and (non-crawling) babies! Anyone 10 days post vaginal birth and 6 weeks post cesarean birth. Had your baby a few years ago? You can still join and will absolutely still benefit!💪
WHAT: 6 week series, meeting once per week for 75-90 mins. Learn exercises to heal your core and pelvic floor, and common postpartum topics, and connect with other new moms.
WHEN: Fridays at 5pm ~ Nov 1 to Dec 20 (skip 11/8 & 11/29)
