This group was made for you.Our Postpartum Dads Group is a 4-week gathering for fathers of babies 0–6 months. It’s casual, supportive, and centered around connection—with your baby, and with other dads figuring it out too.Each week has a light, dad-focused theme to guide the conversation (think: adjusting to new routines, building confidence, staying connected with your partner), but the vibe is laid-back and real. We’ll hang out, talk if you want to, and give your baby a chance to play, snuggle, or snooze nearby.Whether you’re looking for tips, community, or just a reason to get out of the house with your baby, this group is a great place to start.What to Expect
