Welcome to Postpartum Core Rebuild! Are you a mom looking to strengthen your core after having kids? Pack your yoga mat and join pelvic floor PT, Naomi Dillon, for a 45 minute fun and effective workout sessions designed specifically for postpartum. Together we will work on building back core strength and learn about common pelvic floor conditions people experience after having kids. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with other moms and focus on your fitness goals.
This class will focus specifically on exercises to help improve your prolapse symptoms.
