You are not alone. Please join us for one or both groups, every week!* Postpartum and Breastfeeding Support group is our hospital-based, peer-led, clinician advocate group. Postpartum Support Virginia, along with our nurse navigators and lactation team, are here to assist new mothers going through the postpartum period and the breastfeeding journey. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, in need of coping skills or extra support, we are here for you.
We will be discussing the trials of motherhood, breastfeeding, and pumping. We are here to offer support, resources, and reassurance for all moms.

- Postpartum 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
- Breastfeeding 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m.
