Welcome to In-Person Postnatal Yoga with Lital! Join me for a restorative session at Omne NYC.
My classes focus on gentle stretches, breathwork, core-strengthening and pelvic floor exercises to help you rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Please note, it’s recommended to return to practice 4 weeks after a natural birth and 6 weeks after a cesarean, with your doctor’s approval. Connect with other new parents in a supportive, calming environment.

My classes thoughtfully designed to support you on your journey to recovery and reconnection after birth. You’re welcome to bring your baby along or come solo for some well-deserved “me-time”—whatever feels right for you!
What to Expect:
- Accessible Location: The building has an elevator for easy stroller access, making it a breeze to arrive with your little one.
- All Props Provided: Yoga mats & blocks are available, so all you need to bring is yourself and your beautiful energy.
- Tailored for You: These classes are gentle and supportive, perfect for reconnecting with your body after birth.
